ADVERTISING LIST FOR 2009 REAL ESTATE TAXES

Supplemental Sale

The advertising list was generated on July 1, 2010 for unpaid 2009 real estate parcels that were not included in the June tax sale. There are 133 unpaid parcels. The advertising list is being published in the Venice Gondolier Sun on Saturday, July 10th, 17th and 24th.

Only those accounts that are not paid by July 27, 2010, will have a tax certificate awarded. The Tax Certificate Sale will be conducted on the internet at SarasotaCountyTaxSale.com. Bidding on certificates will be accepted from July 19, 2010 until July 27, 2010. Certificates will be awarded at 12:00 pm ET on July 27, 2010. Details on how to register for the sale and other important information can be obtained from the website.
