TAX CERTIFICATE LIST

This is a list of all paid and unpaid tax certificates from 2005 until current. It includes payment history and all unredeemed certificates.

There are two file formats - the one you want to download is dependent on how you plan to use the data.  The files have been compressed to expedite downloading time and will need to be "unzipped" to be viewable.  If you do not currently have WinZip on your computer, click here to go to the site to determine if you want to download it.

To use in a spreadsheet or database:

If you will be using the data in a spreadsheet or database application, download the csv  file.  In a spreadsheet or database application, you can sort the file by any of the fields to be able to use it in whatever manner you would like.

There is also a "ttx file" that can be viewed.  You will not be able to sort this data.

The file contains information for each tax certificate issued for each tax year in account number order. It includes: Account number, certificate number, taxable amount, certificate face amount, bidder information, owner information, legal description, payment information and tax deed application information, when applicable.
