- Driver's License or ID Card Appointment - If you are obtaining a Florida driver’s license or ID Card for the first time, have one without a star on the upper right corner, or if you have a star but your information has changed, be sure to visit www.flhsmv.gov/driver-licenses-id-cards/what-to-bring(link is external) to ensure you have the required documents.
- Title Transfer Appointment - If you are titling a vehicle, you will need proof of Florida insurance, the original title and vehicle at the appointment. If you have a Florida title, the vehicle is not needed at the appointment. All owners should be present.
- Dealer Appointment - You may only bring two (2) pieces of work to your appointment, and all work must be complete and ready to process.
