Business Tax Fees
The business tax must be paid within 45 days of beginning operation or a 25% penalty will be assessed. The tax year is October through September.
If a business begins operation in the last half of the tax year (on or after April 1st) only one-half of the annual tax is due. If a business has been in operation longer than 45 days, please contact our office at 941.861.8300, option 3 for the amount due.
